Here’s how we’ll work together:
Pre and Post Surgery
- Comprehensive consultation to understand your specific needs and concerns
- Detailed preparation guidance from our initial conversation to 1 week before your surgery to make sure you have everything you need
- Clear communication to ensure you feel confident and prepared. Once we start our work together, I am available to you prior to surgery and after surgery for questions and feedback on where you are in your healing process.
- Post operatively, I will be in communication with both your surgeon and the anesthesiologist to update them on your progress
Day of Surgery
- If you’ve booked a ride to your surgery center with me (during our Pre Surgery call), I will see you at our scheduled time on the day of your Surgery. Post-surgery, I will be waiting to receive you and bring you to your chosen recovery space
- You will have a calm and seamless transition from the surgical center to your recovery location
- Postoperatively, I will implement your customized care plan and medication schedule
– Beyond getting you to a place to rest and recover this phase of the plan can include anything from picking up your medications, to making food for you, ensuring you are resting, comfortable and secure in your first 24-72 hours out of surgery
Recovery Period
- Round-the-clock dedicated attention during this critical healing phase
- Expert management of all medical aspects of your recovery
- Concierge-level service for your comfort and convenience
- Our service doesn’t stop when we are no longer with you. We/I will be on call with any questions you have as you heal
