Meet Your Private Nurse

About Antoinette

With a foundation in both clinical excellence and program leadership, I bring a highly personalized approach to patient care, especially during the most critical moments of recovery.

I am a registered nurse with extensive experience in post-anesthesia care (PACU), specializing in recovery following plastic, oncologic, orthopedic, and urologic procedures. My work focuses on one-on-one, detail-driven care. This includes managing medications and surgical drains, coordinating transportation, and providing around-the-clock support to ensure a safe and comfortable recovery.

Over the years, I have worked across hospital systems, private care, and national research programs. This experience allows me to connect clinical care with coordination, helping patients, families, and providers stay aligned every step of the way.

What I Bring

Hands-on, personalized care from immediate post-operative recovery through ongoing support at home, in hotels, or short-term stays

Strong clinical background in PACU nursing with a focus on safe recovery, discharge planning, and patient education

Clear, consistent communication between patients, surgeons, and caregivers

Professional Experience

Care You Can Trust

My background includes leadership roles in business development, patient navigation, and ambulatory surgical care within the Johns Hopkins Medicine system. I have served as a charge nurse, preceptor, and council chair, gaining strong experience in team leadership, patient experience, and clinical excellence.

Recently, I completed Federal service as a Nurse Research Specialist and Program Coordinator with the National Cancer Institute, where I helped support national oncology programs. My work included coordinating patient screening, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating closely with physicians and research teams to improve process outcomes.

Proudly and honored, I am now the founder of Premier Concierge Nursing focused on excellent post-operative care. Through this work, I provide customized recovery plans, hands-on clinical support, and direct communication with surgical teams so patients feel confident and supported throughout their healing process.
